Retains its original name after taming. Stands on a small rise between the river and the road, south of the Throne of the Elements and north-east of the "Joz's Rylaks" flight point.
A single individual roams with its herd in the Plains of Serenity in the north. Several more may be found far to the south, in the grassy meadows south and east of the Burial Fields.

Found in two discrete populations. In the north, several are part of a wandering herd that follow a Pearltusk Bull and Pearltusk Grazer through the Plains of Serenity. Far to the south, a number occur in the grassy meadows south and west of the Burial Fields.

Wanders the wide plains to the north-west, west, and south-west of the Temple of Karabor. Only the dark-coloured ones seem to makes sounds when clicked.
Found by the base of a waterwall on the rise to the east of, and above, Eastwind Gulch, in the north-east of the zone.
Level scaling: In Shadowlands most NPCs will scale with the Hunter's level, within the constraints of their level range. Hunters can tame regular NPCs up to 2 levels higher than them, but can only tame elite NPCs of the hunter's level or below.
