Located in Eversong Woods. Only visible when you're drunk, these pink elekks are friendly and cannot be attacked. They only appear in the Brewfest area just outside Silvermoon's gates, during Brewfest each year. Brewfest occurs during September and October, check your in-game calendar for dates.
